Since the beginning, it has always been our goal to bring the games we make to as many platforms as possible, which is why in addition to iTunes App Store and BlackBerry World where our games were already available, two months ago we released our award-winning RPG Sage Fusion 2 on the Mac App Store. Today we’re happy to make the game available for even more mobile users with its release on Google Play Store, from which you can purchase and download the game for $2.99 (US price), the same price as in other stores. You do need, however, to have a device with Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later, so if your Android phone or tablet is still on any earlier version, please consider upgrading.
With this release, Sage Fusion 2 is now available for four different platforms. You can get it from iTunes App Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch; BlackBerry World for BlackBerry Z10, Z30, and Z3; Mac App Store for Mac OS X computers; or Google Play Store for Android 4.4 (KitKat) devices. And when Samsung’s Tizen phone is launched later this year, Tizen users will be able to download the game from Tizen Store. Sage Fusion 2 was named Grand Prize Winner of Tizen App Challenge in Role-Playing and Strategy Games category.
Sage Fusion 2 for PC is coming soon.
Will you also be releasing the first Sage Fusion on Android? Seems kind of a bad move to release what seems to be the sequel (even titled Episode 2) before releasing the prequel.
Hi Stephen,
Thank you for your interest in Sage Fusion. We have not decided yet on whether we will release the first Sage Fusion on Android. However, while it’s true that Sage Fusion 2 is a direct sequel of the first game, playing the the first game is not required at all to enjoy the story of Sage Fusion 2.
